Safer Internet Day is Tuesday 6th Feb 2024.
Our TY Students Orla O Dowd and Ruth Kilkenny were at the Google building in Dublin recently for the Safer Internet Day Ambassador Programme.
They will be helping to arrange events around creating awareness about internet safety in school for Tuesday 6th Feb.
1st, 2nd, TY, LCA1 and LC1 students had an Internet Safety Talk from Dr. Maureen Griffin last November.
Banagher College TY students completing their Microsoft Office Specialist Apps PowerPoint exam recently.
The next Module they will prepare for is Microsoft Word.
LCA1 students sampling motorcycle gear today during road safety class on motorcycle safety. Thanks to Shay and Seán for modelling the gear for demonstration.
Well done and thanks to LCA 2 students Nicole, Zuzanna and Caoimhe for the huge amount of work they put into decorating the entrance doors for Christmas. Thanks to all of the other art students who decorated the school. The school looks so festive and cheery!
