Banagher College Careers Department wishes to say a huge thanks to everybody who came and made our night a great success on the night.

 

 

Banagher College and Laois & Offaly ETB Promoting Third Level Education in the Midlands.

Banagher College supported by Laois Offaly ETB hosted a Career & College Exhibition on Wednesday October 19th at 7pm in Banagher College. We invited all interested adults and students to attend.

We wanted to raise awareness in the midlands of the educational and training opportunities that are available to students and adults throughout the country. It was a great chance to come and talk to representatives from the education and training sector in a central location.

There were 2 talks on the night covering the follwoing topics:

  1. Applying for a third level grant: SUSI
  2. The transition from post-primary to third level: Kay Mitchell, NUI Maynooth
